A Heads Up with Tal Janowitz
With Covid-19 lockdowns worldwide and health authorities urging people to self-isolate and practice social distancing on a massive scale as part of an enormous effort to #FlattenTheCurve of this global pandemic … we are reaching out to industry friends, colleagues, associates, partners, etc., and asking them to share their #StayAtHome and #QuarantineAndChill activities with us during this extraordinary time.
Inspired in self-Isolation
Anolis: Where are you right now?
Tal: I am home, in Westchester, New York.
Anolis: What would you normally be doing?
Tal: I would be traveling a lot, attending events and tradeshows. During the time I am home, I usually travel to the city and meet with clients.
Anolis: What are you doing to fill the time whilst isolating?
Tal: I have used the time to catch up on a lot of administration work that I don’t usually have a lot of time to do. I’ve participated in webinars, writing scripts for our upcoming product videos and keeping in touch with clients.
Anolis: What is the most creative thing you can do in isolation?
Tal: Working on the new product videos.
Anolis: Are you looking after anyone else during the crisis?
Tal: Two children (ages 6 and 10), a husband and a cat J
Anolis: Favourite book / movie / Netflix series / viral video?
Tal: The “Ozark” Series was amazing. I am sad and relieved the season ended. It was a good escape while it lasted. Now I need to find a new one to watch. Feel free to suggest ….
Anolis: What is the first thing you would like to do when we are through this?
Tal: So many things! Workwise, I would love to be able to meet with people in person. I am thankful for the zooms, meetings and facetimes, but they don’t replace the personal experience. Not by a longshot. Personally, I want to be able to go to spin class. I miss that so much.
Anolis: Own question / answer / message of solidarity or something you’d want to I say?
Tal: I am so thankful to be part of this team. I am proud of how we have pulled together through this crazy experience and how collectively we represent a brand that is caring, understanding and loyal to our customers.
